For all of you that are members of a BGO Entertainment Ltd online casinos, the operator has officially announced it will end its online casinos offering and cease operating.

Originally, BGO Entertainment had its UKGC license suspended and is now revoked as the company decided to surrender the license. Since then, the company looked at its current casino operations outside of the UK market and decided that it is time to cease operation in these markets too. This means BGO Entertainment’s BGO license is also now being surrendered. All this is being done in good faith, as the operator clearly no longer feels it is in a position where it can continue offering online casino services.

Action has already been taken at the casinos in question, with deposits now suspended, which would also mean that all new player sign-ups are also suspended. The operator also blocked all gameplay at its online casinos. As such, if you happen to be a member of one of the BGO Entertainment casinos, then all you can do right now is withdraw your money. For more information on how to get your money back from bankrupt casinos, see here. That doesn’t mean we are saying this operator is bankrupt, and rather it seems like the company is liquidating its position which we also cover in our casino bankruptcy guide.

BGO Casino is just one of the brands affected by the closure of the Guernsey UK based operator. On top of all this, the affiliate program attached to the casino is also closing. BGO Buddies has long served online casino website reviewing casinos for players, so iGaming fans can make the right decision when choosing a casino to play out. BGO Buddies is the affiliates reward system behind this, and it will sadly be closed down.

Will the casinos & operators fully close? Whether all this means the company and its casinos will eventually close is not 100% clear at this time. It could be another company buys out BGO Entertainment with its principal asset being members left over. Any new purchase would then me the operator can redirect members to its online casinos or continue BGO’s existing ones and transition players over.
