For 888 Holdings, good news at last as the company drums up new B2B business in Michigan US. Meanwhile, Rootz is using a third party to drum up B2C business.
Rootz is an online casino operator founded in 2018. The firm operates out of Malta. The company was created with the goal of developing a new generation of online casinos that are fast, user-friendly, and reliable. The SI platform is already in action in partnership with the Authentic Brands Group. Michigan’s Hannahville Indian Community liked what they saw and approved its use for casino gaming.

It is a fortunate position for the 888 Holdings Michigan brand to find itself drumming up more valuable business. It comes off the back of the Twin Spires brand’s decision to close parts of its interactive gambling operations. That left the door open for 888 to put in a bid to expand its business in the state.
For 888 Holdings, the deal comes at a challenging time for the company. Itai Pazner stepped down as CEO in May. Plus, it recently closed its Netherlands business operations and is also in the midst of an investigation regarding possible AML breaches via its middle Eastern VIP operations. All this has hurt its recent share prices. That being said, its financial position does not reflect the tumbling stock prices.
