The first progressive jackpot report of 2025 is here, and that means an update on all the biggest and best jackpot slots and networks.
We will tell you their current size, how long ago they paid, and whether there have been any major winners since our last report.
All that information is readily available in our easy-to-read tables, which detail everything you need to know.
To be honest, 2025 has a lot to live up to. 2024 was another fantastic year for jackpot wins.
We witnessed the largest ever online jackpot win ever recorded amidst a flurry of major wins from many of the top jackpot networks.
The Mega Moolah, WowPot, King Millions, Dream Drop, and more, all created many millionaires throughout last year.
Players also got to play multiple new slots giving them the chance to win life-changing sums of money. Most came from Relax Gaming, who let’s face it, have gone jackpot crazy since launching the Dream Drop.
Jackpot Highlights from 2024
- January – The year started with a bang as the WowPot paid out the world record progressive jackpot win of €38.3m.
- May – The Mega Moolah got in on the act with one lucky player securing a €7 million windfall.
- June – Both the Mega Moolah and the WowPot paid in the same month with winners receiving €3,637,541 and €11,846,211, respectively.
- August – In an unprecedented month, the WowPot paid out its jackpot three times.
- November – The Dream Drop paid out its 18th Mega Jackpot, this time worth €2.9 million.
As for this month, not much has happened at all. There have not been any major jackpot winners and we do not even have news of any new jackpot slots.
No jackpot wins is good news though, as that means they’re still there but bigger than what they were!
Our last jackpot report: If you are after some new jackpot slots to play, our Progressive Jackpot Slots Online Update (December) 2024 has news of two of them!
Other Recent Progressive Jackpot Wins
While it has been a quiet start to 2025 so far, there have been some smaller jackpot wins we can tell you about. Once again, the Mega Moolah Major dominated the headlines with twelve five-figure payouts recorded in January.
However, that network did not account for the biggest jackpot win. That honour goes to the Treasure Nile standalone progressive jackpot slot. It paid out £107,834 on January 24.
