Pragmatic Play recently added to its trophy-laden awards cabinet after the leading iGaming slot and live casino developer picked up three awards at the SAGSE Buenos Aires Expo held last week.

The firm, which is not new to picking up industry awards having won over half a dozen in 2021 and several more the year before, took home the ‘Best Mobile Responsive Product LATAM’ and was nominated for several other award categories.

The night also offered Pragmatic Play’s Vice President of Latin America Operations, Victor Arias, a couple of proud moments. He won two awards, the ‘Best Executive of the Year LATAM’ and ‘Top 5 Online Industry Leader LATAM’.

Pragmatic Play was also a Platinum Sponsor at the 2022 SAGSE Expo alongside other leading brands including Evolution, IGT, Playtech, and EGT Interactive (Amusnet Gaming) and attended the event from start to finish at the Hilton Buenos Aires Hotel on March 30 and 31. During the expo, Pragmatic Play exhibited its products and solutions on stand #171 and shared its industry expertise via numerous conferences and panels. Most conversations were centred around the growing iGaming markets in the Latin America region, which Pragmatic Play has recently highlighted as a key focus for the company.

Awards and Expos in April: The 2022 SAGSE Buenos Aires Expo brought March to a close, but iGaming brands have plenty to look forward to in the coming weeks of April. As you will see in our iGaming Events Calendar, ICE London will take place next week on April 12 while later in the month is the 2022 International Gaming Awards and the 2022 EGR North America Awards.

Starting 2022 as it Finished 2021—Pragmatic Play Continues its Competitive Approach

For a leading iGaming developer, winning two awards at the SBC Awards is no small feat. However, in December, Pragmatic Play managed just that. Rounding off 2021 in perfect fashion, the firm picked up the ‘Casino/Slots Developer of the Year’ and the ‘Casino & Games Supplier of the Year’ at the annual expo held in December.

As you can see in the accompanying table, that made it half a dozen major industry awards in 2021. Unsurprisingly, 2022 has started in the same vein, with the 2022 SAGSE Buenos Aires Expo awards getting the year off to the best possible start for the iGaming developer.
