Top 5 New Online Casino Games September (Week 40) 2023  

This week, we have gone with a mix of themes and styles of slot games for our top 5. There are two ‘Book’ slots, one of which is the latest in the Mega Moolah progressive jackpot slot range, a luck-themed slot, a new title themed on the Day of Dead in Mexico, and Endorphina lightens the mood with a fruit-themed scatter pays slot.

• Book of Jones Golden Book (Stakelogic)

We know that The Book of Ra, Book of Dead, and John Hunter online slot collections are loosely based on the blockbuster movie series Indiana Jones. Although these slot collections star characters such as Rich Wilde and John Hunter, probably for copyright purposes, Stakelogic has gotten straight down to business with its new Book of Jones Golden Book online slot game.

What I like about this Book of Jones slot is that Stakelogic sticks to the original concept of Book-themed slots. There are 5×3 reels and 10 pay lines.

The only difference between the original Book of Dead and Book of Ra titles is you cannot adjust the pay lines from 1 to 10, and when you bet, you do not use coins and coin values. Also, this version has an additional Golden Wild Book Symbol, adding an additional feature to the gameplay. I’ll let you decide whether this makes the Book of Jones version better than the Book of Ra or Book of Dead slots.

Aside from that, you have all the traits of an Egyptian-themed book slot, the scatter/wild and expanding symbols that pay anywhere.

Here are the features:

• Wild/Scatter: The book is both the wild symbol and scatter. It will substitute as a wildcard for any of the regular symbols.

• Wild Symbol: Wild Symbols will appear anywhere on the reels at random. When they appear, they will be used to substitute any of the other symbols in order to create winning symbol combinations. The only symbol that the wild cannot substitute is the Bonus symbol.
• Respin Feature: When 2 Bonus symbols land anywhere on the reels, the Respin Feature will get triggered and 1 respin will be awarded. The Respin feature will select one of the bonus features at random: Hat, Shamrock, or Horseshoe.
• Free Spins: By landing 3 or more bonus symbols, the Free Spins feature is triggered.
