Endorphina gains Anjouan B2B License amid new compliance rules. Software providers must now hold certification to work with licensed operators.
Endorphina is back in our news columns. After we recently announced that Endorphina has been nominated for SIGMA awards, the developer has announced that it has officially obtained a B2B License from the Anjouan Gaming Commission, reinforcing its commitment to regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
The certification enables the software provider to continue supplying its portfolio of online slot games and casino software solutions to licensed operators in regulated markets operating under Anjouan’s jurisdiction.
“This achievement reflects our long-term vision to operate in multiple jurisdictions under a strong regulatory framework,” said Džangar Jesenov, Head of Compliance at Endorphina.
The milestone demonstrates Endorphina’s proactive approach to meeting international compliance standards and adapting to evolving regulatory frameworks, maintaining a robust legal foundation that supports partners operating within regulated iGaming jurisdictions.
Why Are Software Providers Suddenly Earning Anjouan B2B Licensing Certificates?
What makes Endorphina’s announcement stand out is its timing. Mandatory B2B licensing for software providers working with Anjouan-licensed operators became effective on 1 July 2025, marking a major regulatory shift.
We didn’t see this one coming, to be honest, but as the licensing authority continues to grow and attract operators, it makes sense to regulate game developers as well. It means Anjouan can improve profits from fees and, hopefully, spend a portion of them on continuing to improve its licensing framework.
Anjouan Gaming launched its B2B License Recognition Certificate Program specifically to strengthen compliance across B2C partnerships, targeting all software developers, platform providers, game studios, and service providers working with Anjouan-licensed casino operators.
Historically, Anjouan offered both B2C operator licenses and B2B software provider licenses, but B2B certification was not previously mandatory. Many software providers could supply games to Anjouan-licensed casinos without holding Anjouan-specific licenses, provided they had certifications from other jurisdictions.
The July 1, 2025, enforcement date marked a turning point, making the Recognition Certificate or full Anjouan B2B license mandatory for all B2B entities working with Anjouan-licensed operators.
B2B Lending for Software Providers is Becoming the Norm
Anjouan’s move reflects a broader industry trend toward tighter B2B regulation rather than an isolated case. Denmark introduced mandatory B2B licensing for all slot game suppliers in 2024, HIPTHER—a market where Endorphina also secured certification earlier this year. Malta, Curacao, and other established jurisdictions have long required B2B certifications, and regulatory scrutiny of software supply chains has intensified globally.
Anjouan Gaming stated that the initiative aims to ensure strong, verified partnerships between operators and compliant B2B providers are essential to maintaining a safe, competitive, and transparent iGaming ecosystem.
For software providers operating internationally, obtaining B2B licenses across multiple jurisdictions is rapidly becoming standard practice rather than optional. The certification demonstrates compliance with international standards and provides legitimacy when partnering with operators in various markets.
For Endorphina, the Anjouan B2B License adds to its growing portfolio of regulatory certifications, allowing it to maintain partnerships with Anjouan-licensed operators without disruption. The company continues to strengthen its reputation as a trusted B2B gaming provider known for delivering reliable software, certified slot games, and compliant iGaming solutions.
For operators holding Anjouan B2C licenses, the new requirement means they must ensure all their software suppliers either hold an Anjouan B2B license or a Recognition Certificate to remain compliant.
Endorphina’s proactive approach to securing the certification demonstrates its commitment to operating within regulated frameworks and positions the company for continued growth in international markets. As regulatory requirements evolve globally, the company’s focus on compliance ensures its award-winning slot portfolio remains accessible to licensed operators across regulated jurisdictions worldwide.
