And the software provider did this by using an algorithm that reduces game file size from their 16+ Mb on average. With the new algorithm in place, the file size is now 7+ Mb on average. Some of the brand’s more graphic and feature-intensive game titles can reach over 35 Mb. In the BGaming news report, the software provider gave an example of its video slot with the largest file size is 38 Mb and is now 51% smaller—so around 18.6 Mb. Across the board, BGaming now has 70% of its games at below 10 Mb.
To do this, the algorithm calculates what is acceptable when it comes to some loss in the quality of graphics and animations. However, the quality loss is minimal and as such barely noticeable. Graphic compression is all that is needed to ensure players on slow internet connections experience a faster loading time. Also, there are no adjustments made manually so the process is 100% automated.

Another recent news report by BGaming takes operators through the process of using a casino aggregator platform. For those of you that don’t know, the lion’s share of online casinos do not design the games, while some do not design the casino platform offered.
