Our Progressive Jackpot Slots Online Update (Jan 2024) Report

Read about a WowPot Jackpot win of €3.7 Million and a second King Millions™ slot in our Progressive Jackpot Slots Online Update (Feb 2024)! (Image from gamesglobal.com)

It’s that time of the month again when we look back on the progressive jackpot scene for the last month, and we have news of another major win and even a new jackpot slot for you to check out.

As always, we’ll also give you the rundown on how the biggest jackpots are shaping up so that you know which to hunt down the next time you’re in the mood for jackpot hunting.

The WowPot Goes for €3.7 Million!

It’s ironic that we waited forever for the previous and record-breaking WowPot to go for €38.3 million, but the next win comes just a month after. Granted, the latest win of €3,760,840 was just 10% the size of the previous one – which is crazy to think about.

The latest win came on the 14th of January and was paid out to a player spinning away on the Wolf Blaze WowPot Megaways slot at Nine Casino, an online casino we know very well here and one you can learn more about in our Nine Casino review

Gameburger Studios and Games Global Release 9 Pots of Gold King Millions™

You’d think Games Global would be content enough with the Mega Moolah and WowPot progressive jackpot networks, but apparently not, as the iGaming giant launched another last year, the King Millions™. It is planned to be even more lucrative than both of its older brothers, as it is expected to generate jackpots of over €30 million regularly.

Of course, to have a progressive jackpot network, you need slots featuring it, and until recently, it had just one, 9 Masks of Fire King Millions™. However, last week, Games Global announced the release of Gameburger Studios-developed 9 Pots of Gold King Millions™. It is a low variance 5-reel, 3-row, and 20-fixed payline slot with a local max win of 2,000x and a 90.5% RTP. The latter might seem low, but progressive jackpots usually have lower return percentages as a percentage of each stake goes into the jackpots.

The slot also comes packed with bonus features such as wilds, scatters, and a bonus game with a random multiplier between 7x and 100x. Then, of course, there’s the chance of triggering the jackpot, which currently stands at €2,875,237.

We also know that Gameburger Studios and Games Global will link up for a third King Millions™ set for release at the start of March. We’ll give you more information about that upcoming slot once it’s released, but for now, we can tell you it’s called Playboy Fortunes™ King Millions™.

Our last jackpot report: If you want to read about the record breaking WowPot win of €38.3 million, a Mega Moolah payout of £11.5 million, and a €2.9 million Dream Drop Jackpot win, have a read of our Progressive Jackpot Slots Online Update (Jan 2024) here.

Other Recent Progressive Jackpot Wins

While the major jackpot wins grab the headlines as you’d expect, there are also many smaller wins that often go under the radar. However, we like to track these as well as part of our jackpot reports.

As you’ll see in the accompanying box, there have been quite a few five and six-figure payouts since our last report.

The Mega Moolah Major once again dominates in terms of the number of wins, but it is RTG’s Shopping Spree II that delivered the biggest payout. That jackpot of $674,926 was paid out on the 29 January, so just a few days ago.

Other jackpots creating winners in the last month include the CashSplash, Treasure Nile, and Naughty or Nice standalone progressive jackpot slots.
