SOFTSWISS Survey Shows 86% Customer Satisfaction

The first bit of news coming out of SOFTSWISS is the results of an insightful industry survey performed by the marketing research firm Kantar Ukraine hired to survey those using the SOFTSWISS casino platform, and those that use aggregator platforms.

The aim of the survey was to gain further insights into the iGaming industry, establish what operators feel is most important when choosing iGaming platform aggregators, and discover the level of satisfaction felt by customers of the SOFTSWISS platform. The survey was conducted from July until October this year.

Providing a top service level was considered the most important. 98% of those surveyed voted for those criteria. This figure was 82% in the same survey conducted in 2021. Transparent cooperation, seamless and fast communication, and an attentive attitude toward each client were among the other important criteria.

SOFTSWISS claims that this represents a major shift in what partners look for when choosing an iGaming online casino platform. It is no longer just about high-end software and is now about cooperation, communication, and attitude.

Another part of the survey looked at what features clients look for most when choosing a casino aggregator platform. It featured a number of casino game software providers, flexible bonus settings, and support for a variety of payment methods.

Finally, the survey revealed that 86% of respondents were happy with the service provided by SOFTSWISS. Respondents were asked to rate their satisfaction between 0 and 10. Only 14% rated the platform lower than 7.

Darya Avtukhovich, Head of SOFTSWISS Casino Platform said:

The number of satisfied customers has again increased on this time last year. We aim to continue striving for improved satisfaction from all our partners.
