The nominations for yet another iGaming awards event are now in. The 2022 CEEGC (Central and Eastern European Gaming Conference) and the CEEG (Central and Eastern European Gaming Awards) Awards will take place on 16 September in Budapest and will celebrate the top performers in the CEE iGaming markets.

We can reveal that Endorphina, Wazdan, Quickspin, Relax Gaming, Tom Horn Gaming, and Ezugi are just some of the leading iGaming brands that stand a chance of walking away with illustrious industry awards. There are 20 award categories at CEEG Awards. Categories include online casino developers and suppliers, sports betting developers and suppliers, eSports, payment providers, and more.

Aside from an award ceremony, visitors can take part in panel discussions that focus on industry topics such as regulatory updates in the region, networking opportunities, and tech workshops. The conference lasts just a day but there is a full schedule of events and activities including the CEEG Awards, which starts at 5pm.

The 2022 CEEG Awards become the 7th edition of an award event that was first launched in 2016. The conference has quickly emerged as one of the most important dates on the calendar for operators, suppliers, and brands that operate in the CEE, CIS, and Balkans regions.

There is a busy schedule of award ceremonies each year in the iGaming industry. In recent months alone, we have seen the Global Gaming Awards Asia, SBC Awards North America, and the 2022 EGR B2B Awards all announce their latest winners.

What iGaming Brands are Up for Awards at the 2022 CEEG Awards?

Wazdan has had an amazing 2022 so far. The firm has launched a ton of exciting new titles such as Sizzling Kingdom™: Bison and Sizzling Eggs™ and won a Silver Winner Award at the 2022 SBC Awards North America. Wazdan is now up for at least three awards at the 2022 CEEG Awards and stands a fantastic chance of winning at least one. If you love Wazdan slots, by the way, we have a full review of the firm’s latest title, 9 Burning Stars™ coming later today.

Endorphina is another of our favourites and this brand has also enjoyed a fruitful 2022 to date. The leading developer celebrated its 10th year in the industry this year and has earned nominations for, and won industry awards. One of the best of those was the Baltic Rising Star in Online Casino Technology Award at the 2022 Mare Balticum iGaming event.

Both brands face stiff competition in the categories they are nominated for. Leading brands such as Tom Horn Gaming, Relax Gaming, Gameart, Spinomenal, Ezugi, Playson, Pragmatic Play, and Quickspin are among the developers up for the same awards.

We will announce the full list of winners once they are announced after the ceremony is finished. However, for now, we will provide you with the full list of nominations for three of the most important award categories.
