The SOFTSWISS jackpot network is available for online casinos; however, the aggregator platform supplier is now extending the jackpot to online sports books.
For platforms that use the jackpot network, sports bettors will all have a chance to win the jackpot on any bet. The design is such that it will randomly drop on a lucky sports betting participant.
Its new Sportsbook Network Jackpot system is a progressive network that connects across multiple sports betting platforms. The idea is that the more platforms that sign up, the higher the jackpot will rise, and I assume the more frequently jackpots will pay out.
This is not quite the same as the casino jackpot network whereby casinos can either use an in-house SOFTSWISS jackpot system or participate in a networked jackpot.
The regular report in the SOFTSWISS news columns has stated that using a jackpot system for online casino gaming has increased player engagement. The aggregator platform supplier is now using the same theory for the sportsbook jackpot network.
For existing clients of SOFTSWISS using the brand’s online bookmakers aggregator, the system is a matter of plugging in the progressive jackpot network via tech already purposely built to slide neatly into the existing platform.
On top of this, third-party operators not using the SOFTSWISS sports betting platform can apply to have the sportsbook jackpot system plugged into their system. Presumably, this would be via an API.
In the official SOFTSWISS news report ‘First Sportsbook Network Jackpot’, the company has said its research shows that these jackpots boost average turnover per user by 27.91%.
How Does the Sports Betting Jackpot Aggregator Work?
Players simply go about their usual sports betting. There is no additional action required. This is the beauty of this jackpot system. You carry on as usual, except there is always a chance of a jackpot win looming in the background.
There are also no additional fees to players. That means the first question is, how does the sportsbook make money? Well, it is simple. SOFTSWISS aims to increase player retention by offering the jackpot, and the theory is that the more players there are, the higher the sportsbook’s turnover and, therefore, higher profits.
It is a fair exchange of services, in my opinion. Players get a chance to win a jackpot at no cost to them, and sportsbooks receive a higher number of loyal players.

SOFTSWISS states that the seed for the jackpot is 35,000 Euros. This is roughly 52,000 in CAD, 60,000 in NZD, 715,000 in ZAR, and 3 million in INR as of rates on the date of publishing this news report. The main point is that if your casino accepts another currency, the jackpot prize should be awarded in the currency of your account upon request, which is how most other progressive jackpot systems work. On top of this, the jackpot win comes with 0x wagering requirements.
Yet, the amount of the jackpot payouts is expected to rise much higher than these amounts. The SOFTSWISS jackpot aggregator system has reached the dizzying heights of a 1,000,000 Euro prize pool.

As for cryptocurrency, we don’t have the specifics as to whether SOFTSWISS pays you in fiat currency or crypto. I would assume that SOFTSWISS will pay you directly into your bank account and, therefore, it could be that the reward is paid in fiat currency, but don’t quote me on this.
