Its 24/7 and multi-lingual customer services are now supporting over 100 online casino brands for multiple operators. With that comes the flurry of open positions for customer services agents, creating jobs across Europe. On top of this, it has created many openings for developers to advance the SoftSwiss offerings. Furthermore, Poland and Georgia’s offices opened. Moreover, the SoftSwiss ‘Managed Services Department’ expanded from 90 employees at the beginning of the year to more than 150 to date. The same department was responsible for the quality work that led to the firm being nominated for a prestigious EGR award.
And one of the standout areas that are new to SoftSwiss is its jackpot aggregator platform.
