We have always known that Endorphina delivers some knock out video slots, but we have some news about the Prague-based iGaming brand that will really have you on the ropes. Throwing his hat into the ring, the firm’s CEO, Jan Urbanec will take part in a boxing match that will raise thousands for charity.

Urbanec will take part in one of six bouts at the SBC Charity Boxing Championship in just over a week on November 11. In partnership with the Oliver’s Wish Foundation, this event will take place between 18:30 and 01:00 at the Grand Ballroom in the London Hilton. The aim of this event is to raise money for three UK charities while also providing entertainment and networking opportunities for those that attend.

Urbanec will show his support for three UK charities when he steps into the ring against Brandon Walker of Amelco. Funds raised from this event will go the Oliver’s Wish Foundation, the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, the Chestnut Tree House, and the Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC UK) UK-based charities.

To ensure that guests enjoy a full night of boxing action, there will be six boxing matches involving twelve veterans of the iGaming industry. Each match will comprise of three two-minute rounds and will involve professional referees and judges.

Of course, while we will root for Urbanec in his bout, the real winner here is the charities that will benefit. Therefore, whatever the result, the Endorphina CEO, all other contestants, and the event organisers deserve massive credit for doing what they can for those splendid charities.

Other Representatives from Big Name Brands Also Getting in the Ring

As you will see from the full roster of bouts below, there are some other tasty matches to look forward to. Senior representatives from the likes of Bally’s, Entain, Betgames, Banijay, and the popular payment solution, Trustly will all step in to the ring throughout the evening.

  • Bout 1: Leon Thomas (Entain Managing Director) vs. Nick Wright ( Bally’s Corporation SVP Business Development)
  • Bout 2: Mark Woollard (Banijay Brands Managing Director) vs. Rokus Daugirdas (Betgames Compliance Manager)
  • Bout 3: Boris Chaikin (iGaming Executive) vs. Luke Cousins (Koneksi Partners Director)
  • Bout 4: Michael Brady (Eyas Gaming CEO) vs. Tony Plaskow (Black Cow Technology Commercial Director)
  • Bout 5: Jan Urbanec (Endorphina CEO) vs. Brandon Walker (Amelco Business Development Officer)
  • Bout 6: Daniel Beard (Partis Solutions Partner) vs. Vasilije Lekovic (Trustly VP Gaming)

The event will attract up to 500 guests who will enjoy a full night of enthralling boxing action. As part of the package, guests will also receive a champagne reception, 3-course dinner, unlimited drinks, and access to the events after party. Those that pay for the more expensive packages at the SBC Charity Boxing Championship will also receive ringside seats, company-branded tables, and a dedicated waiter. As for Jan Urbanec, we know that he has put just as much effort into preparing for this even as he does developing fantastic video slots for the best online casinos. He told us that the most challenging aspect is the long-term recovery and regeneration period when training. His focus in the coming week is to work on his downtime and how he recovers.

Good luck Jan, the team at CasinoPlusBonus is in your corner and no matter the result, we are delighted you have taken the time and effort to prepare and take part in such a wonderful charity event!
