Sportradar Expands to Mumbai, Appoints Prasun Bhadani as General Manager
Sportradar AG has announced that it is opening an office in Mumbai. The company wants on-the-ground connections where it already has ties with the Indian football leagues, cricket associations, and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Sportradar is also contributing to the Indian Premier League (IPL) and Women’s Premier League (WPL) to prevent match-fixing for the purpose of winning bets.
To bolster its presence in the country, the company has also welcomed Prasun Bhadani on board as General Manager of India.
With a wealth of experience in sports marketing, including managing top-tier Indian Premier League (IPL) players, Bhadani is an ideal choice to oversee Sportradar’s operations in India.
As General Manager, he will be instrumental in executing the company’s regional strategy, enhancing client relationships, and forging new partnerships across key business sectors. Bhadani will report directly to Oscar Brodkin, Managing Director of APAC.
