Always read the T&Cs. I learnt this very quickly after getting stung in a similar fashion.
I think most of us probably have stories of not getting paid out, which is a shame. however, i do think it teaches us all a lesson, and that's to make sure you play at trusted sites. I've had three non-payments over my time - I guess it takes me longer to learn my lesson then, lol.
I play crypto at Cazimo. I won a 630x, something like this multiplier quickly. I want to withdraw but they said no after I passed their KYC check. I need to play over my deposit at least once and they can let me withdraw. What does this mean? Is this a scam?
Im interested to know if you ever got a resolution to this, although I highly doubt it.
