Did you know? The new Curacao Gaming Control Board has replaced all Master licensing. Now, all online casinos must operate under one licensing entity, and the new authority comes with new rules.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (Mediation/Arbitration) for Player Complaints
- New Alternative Dispute Resolution: One possible new addition we may see coming to casinos operating under the GCB is that all operators must supply players with an Alternative Dispute Resolution Service.
- What is Alternative Dispute Resolution? If you make a complaint to the casino and feel the support team did not deal with the complaint correctly, you can escalate your case for arbitration. The Alternative Dispute Resolution will review your case and offer a reasonable solution under the laws of Curacao.

Are the mediation services really on the player's side? I am always skeptical about how they work with the casinos. When they say ADR partner, does that mean they are a partner with the casino? I know that in the UK, the UK gambling commission manages our ADR services. I'm sorry for being pessimistic. This is Curacao we are talking about here.
Well, its better than having no ADR and being told the operators decision is final and having nowhere else to go, but I do echo GameGuy above.
One thing i know, is all these changes by Curacao are not going down too well with some operators - loads going to Anjouan.
