I play crypto at Cazimo. I won a 630x, something like this multiplier quickly. I want to withdraw but they said no after I passed their KYC check. I need to play over my deposit at least once and they can let me withdraw. What does this mean? Is this a scam?

A lot of new players get caught by this. What they are trying to tell you is that if you deposited $100, you need to make $100 worth of bets, which is x1 your deposit. x1 is a goof rate. Some casinos ask for x3.

You had a big win - good news. You should be fine reaching $100. Check your casino's history to see how much in bets you have accumulated. I don't know which crypto you are playing but just make sure your total bets equal that same value. You can make any withdrawal you want as you have passed the KYC.

Yeah, there's no scam here. The rules are fairly standard, Haley. You just need to wager your initial deposit amount at least once before you can withdraw.

I never play at casinos that ask for more than 1x deposit wagering, as that's bordering on scammy behaviour.

Anyhow, did you cash out in the end, I know this thread is a couple months old now?

@dabeeman me too, but i also look at how much time your given to withdraw. Also, some casinos hide a capped win amount in the t&cs.

yeah, good point. If I've got just 7 days to wager 30x, I simply don't bother. i think 21-30 days is fair enough.

@bighitter With free spins also. You go through the pain of wagering and then discover theres a cap of 50 quid anyway, so hardly worth the bother.

This is why i never bet big. My deposits are always small and i try and cash out if i double what i win and start over. At least If i get ripped off, its not the end of the world.

Yeah some casinos will do that. Crypto casino mostly want me to bet three times my deposit. I think it is just the Curacao ones. Malta casinos dont ask for it but they dont accept crypto. I like the odds I get on crypto casino for sports betting but frustrating how much I have to bet to get a free withdrawal. Its not as bad if you play slots. Getting through the three times is easy enough. haha I sound like a degenerate. I have crypto casino accounts which I am sure are Curacao and Euros ones under Malta like Wheelz.

Never had a withdrawal refused. We can deposit and withdraw whenever we want in UK.

@tiltermcgee I think 3x is far too high, but I've also seen some wanting 5x or even 10x. Major red flag.

@casinoguru Yeah, stay away from sites like that. I always make it a habit to read the T&Cs of every casino I join. Boring I know, but if it saves me hassle in the future, it's well worth it.
