Last week at the G2E Las Vegas event, Evolution was one software provider competitors, operators, and players were focusing on.
Under the Evolution AB Group listed on the NASDAQ Stockholm, there are currently 8 brand names—the Evolution live casino brand and Ezugi, which is where the company’s live dealer gaming began.
Further additions to the Evolution group of brands include its land-based DigiWheel company and the recently acquired Livespins.
As for its RNG iGaming brands, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming, and Nolimit City online slots were also on show.
Evolution showcased its iGaming portfolio from 8 to 10 October at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas.
It has become the ICE London event for North America and comes at a time of year to give iGaming fans an update on the ICE event. P.S. ICE will no longer be held in London, as the 2025 version will become ICE Barcelona.
Many of the games and much of the new tech and ideas produced during the G2E Las Vegas may be focused on North American iGaming and sports betting markets, but many of these games are also earmarked for release in Europe, too. Hence, the Casinoplusbonus team decided to take a keen interest in Evolution for this event.
According to the official G2E website, this event attracts over 25,000 industry professionals, 350 exhibitors, and brands, as well as visitors from 115+ countries and regions.
Showcased Evolution Games at the G2E Las Vegas
- Lightning Storm: A live game that features a money wheel using DigiWheel-patented technology. It is the most expansive live game show produced by Evolution to date.
- Crazy Balls: A live game show that blends bingo-style gameplay with four bonus games similar to those found in Crazy Time. This is a game the team here at Casinoplusbonus are excited to see. It will compliment the current Mega Ball and Cash or Crash live bingo/lotto style games already available via the Evolution live dealer gaming portfolio.
- Red Door Roulette: A soon-to-launch live roulette game in North America that combines the popular Lightning Roulette concept with an exciting bonus game experience from Crazy Time. This titles is already available in online casinos serving the UK, Republic of Ireland, Canadian, New Zealand, South African, and Indian iGaming markets via Malta Gambling Authority (MGA), Curacao Gambling Control Board (GCB), and UK Gambling Commission (UKGC).
- Stock Market: A game where players predict stock values within a virtual financial market. This will is available in most online casino across Europe and is also emerging in US online casinos hosting Evolution games.
- Starburst Galaxy: A new sequel to the classic Starburst slot by NetEnt is on the way. There are also upcoming releases from Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming, and Nolimit City on the agenda.

- Launch of its Czech Studio: Evolution had live dealer studios situated globally, as per the accompanying table. In recent news, the live dealer company announced it has now opened a studio in the Czech Republic on 3 October. There are Czech-speaking dealers, which cements the brand’s presence in the country.

How Have These Deals Affected Growth?
Evolution as a brand name is clearly growing across the globe. More studios with localised versions of its games thanks to native-speaking dealers and croupiers. The live dealer brand is also expanding its popular live casino games and online slot brands into US states where online casinos are legally able to operate.
Although recent stock prices have yet to reflect the efforts made by the software provider to expand and diversify, I am sure we will see a boost in stock prices in the future. It’s a catch-22 because I am no expert when it comes to stocks.
The company began 2024 trading at 1,217.40 SEK. But is currently in a downward trend now trading at 946.80 SEK. That’s a 22.23% drop; however, with its dominance and continuous expansion, I find it hard to believe the downward trend will continue. However, you would need to consult an expert on sticks for a fully detailed opinion.

Maybe, just maybe, there is some value to be had in the future, although, as Luke Weber points out in many of these reports, the RNG side of the business needs to improve.
