If we have learned anything since doing this jackpot report, it is that progressive jackpot slots are like busses. You wait hours for one and then two or three all come at once. This has certainly been the case the last few months, as we have seen a spate of wins followed up with a good few weeks with no major jackpot wins of note.
Last week, we reported on the first payout from Relax Gaming’s Dream Drops progressive network. However, as that €997,779.17 jackpot win came from a jackpot we are not yet exactly tracking, it cannot really count.
The other side to all this is actually a big positive. It just means that the jackpots are still there, nobody has won them, and thus they have grown even bigger. For instance, the WowPot is now approaching £13 million and the Jackpot Giant is at €6.5 million.
It also means that many of the other jackpots have recovered and grown a bit more after being won in recent weeks. A good example is Mega Fortune, which is at just under a million after falling around two months ago.

What are the Best Jackpot Slots to Play?
Well, other than just using our table to pick out the slot or network with the biggest jackpots, it will come down to personal preference. For instance, the WowPot (which is the biggest at close to £13 million), gives you a choice of nine titles you can play to trigger the jackpot. That used to be eight until Triple Edge Studios released Cash ‘N Riches WowPot Megaways™ yesterday.
In fact, as it is new, and the WowPot is the obvious jackpot to go for, that new slot might be a good option. A 6-reel slot that utilises the Megaways reel mechanic to deliver up to 117,649 ways to win, this title is the sequel to the smash hit Cash ‘N Riches Megaways that was released earlier this year. It offers an extra horizontal reel, a rolling reels feature, wilds, scatters and free spins. Plus, even if the progressive jackpot evades you, there is a local top payout of 18,164x the stake to aim for!
The Mega Moolah progressive jackpot also offers a range of titles you can enjoy as you hunt the jackpot. The downside is that this was won a few weeks back, so is not that big. Playtech’s Jackpot Giant has us wondering if anyone will ever win it again. It has now gone close to three years since its last payout. Other than the WowPot, your best option is probably to play Microgaming’s earlier progressive jackpot slots, Major Millions and King Cashalot.
Take a look at the accompanying table and use the information to decide which progressive jackpot to target!
