SOFTSWISS announced record-breaking results for its Anti-Fraud team in the Managed Services department. In 2022, the team’s expert anti-fraud assisted SOFTSWISS partners to avoid losses of up to 16 million euros. This is a 14% increase from the previous year.

The service processed 61,810 requests under 200 projects, resulting in a 53% increase in output versus 2021. Bonus abuse accounted for nearly 70% of all fraud stopped, while abusing the use of payment systems as well as money laundering made up 10% each. Anti-fraud teams are also closely monitoring cryptocurrency for fraudulent activity.
