One of the UK’s and Europe’s most successful iGaming firms is about to launch its flagship online casino Play Ojo, known for its ‘No Wagering Requirements Ever’ slogan, into the New Jersey online casino market!

The Play Ojo Casino US debut in Atlantic City will run through Caesars Entertainment which ironically enough is the same market access channel as the recently announced Leo Vegas NJ among access deal. Like LeoVegas, SkillOnNet also uses a proprietary online casino software platform and will also go through the arduous due diligence process of having its software and company approved by online gambling regulators in the Garden State.

As per NJ iGaming laws, the casino gaming servers will run out of a physical land-based casino property already holding licensing to offer gambling services in the state! And having already passed arguably the most difficult casino licensing framework requirements in the world to obtain a UK Gambling Commission license, SkillOnNet and LeoVegas are all too familiar with adapting to stringent rules and regs, and as a result, abiding by the rules set out by the New Jersey should be a walk in the park!

Caesars NJ iGaming Portfolio: Currently operating under the Caesars Entertainment licensing held in Atlantic City online casinos include caesarscasino.com, harrahscasino.com, wsop.com, wynnbet.com, 888.com, 888poker.com, and 888casino.com with LeoVegas and PlayOjo about to join!

US Expansion as US iGaming Market Expands!

Both the PlayOjo and LeoVegas casino platforms will head to the New Jersey iGaming market as their first port of call! Presumably, the two companies plan to expand across the country into other US states where currently online casinos are legal.

Right now, that would be Delaware, Michigan, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and soon Connecticut after the latter state has already given the go-ahead to draw up an online casino legal framework. And with new partner Caesars Entertainment already active in the USA’s largest iGaming market, Pennsylvania, it would seem like a move into the Keystone State would be the next logical step for Leo Vegas and PlayOjo.

Reunited Stateside: Both brands will also be able to strike deals with long-term partners in Europe Red Tiger Gaming and Evolution as well as a host of other casino game manufacturers already active in the Pennsylvania market via Caesars Entertainment!

Possible States For iGaming Expansion

  • Delaware
  • Michigan
  • Pennsylvania
  • West Virginia
  • Connecticut (Coming Soon)
  • Indiana (Awaiting Approval)
  • Iowa (Awaiting Approval)

Chance For Leo Vegas To Create a ‘Sports Betting Only’ Platform In the US Market

Chance to Diversify: LeoVegas could also expand its sports betting platform into New Jersey and across the aforementioned iGaming states while there is also an opportunity to drop the casino portion of its platform in order to target states where online sports betting is legal but online casinos are forbidden. With a ‘sport betting platform only’ approach, this opens the doors for the LeoVegas brand to gain market access into 15 other states!

SkillOnNet Casino Only: meanwhile, SkillOnNet has always focused on casino. Its main online gambling activities operate white label casino solutions, licensing assistance, and casino game development with no sports betting platform added to any of its online casinos to date!

Reconnect with Software Providers From Europe Stateside!

As both firms will set up offices in the US to establish a strong local HQ operation in order to secure further market access in other states and negotiate tech deals. In New Jersey, both firms can already start by recreating European partnerships via new stateside deals with iGaming software providers already delivering games to online casinos in the Garden State! In Europe, LeoVegas and SkillOnNet are no strangers to dealing with Evolution, Ezugi, Wazdan (recently enter NJ market), Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Scientific Games, Wild Streak Gaming, and NextGen which will all likely have their games feature in the Play Ojo and LeoVegas New Jersey online casinos’ game portfolios!

NJ Games Selection: Some of the top game titles currently available to players in New Jersey include Judge Dredd, Elvis The King, Divine Fortune, Dragon Power, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Live Baccarat, Live Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Live 3 Card Poker, Dream Catcher, Side Bet City, and tons more exciting options!
