SoftSwiss is delighted to announce that it has been selected as a potential candidate to win 4 awards at the International Gaming Awards (IGA) 2021, which will take place at the beginning of September this year. Of the 4 nominations, 3 of those are related to brand solutions.
- SoftSwiss Customer Services
- SoftSwiss Sportsbook
- SoftSwiss Aggregator Platform
- SoftSwiss White Label Software
According to these SoftSwiss services, the ‘International Gaming Awards 2021’ will see SoftSwiss up for the category of the best ‘Customer Service Company’, best ‘iGaming Software Supplier’, best ‘Sports Betting Platform’ and best ‘Technology Provider/Supplier’ of the year awards.
That said, SoftSwiss will face some serious competition as the categories are full of big-name industry players including the likes of UK iGaming giant Playtech, Yggdrasil which recently released a Podcast, Microgaming, 1xBet, and long time competitor iSoftBet.
No doubt SoftSwiss will be confident though, as the firm has shown immense growth over the last year breaking through over 5 million Euros in bets via operators using the sports and casino aggregator solutions which includes cryptocurrency, plus the SoftSwiss platform picked up a Malta Gaming Authority license this year opening up yet another income stream for the firm. The brand also prides itself on a hard-working ethic and they have a reputation for being an industry leader in customer relations. Each candidate shortlisted for a category at the award has been recognised for innovation, product stability, and for offering flexible iGaming, sports betting, and bonus solutions. Customer satisfaction is another aspect held in high regard, and so that becomes a strong consideration during voting with its very own category to boot.
In particular, SoftSwiss is strong in the customer services section. It has an impressive customer services setup that supports members of the casinos and sportsbooks using its aggregator software platform. When an operator white labels the SoftSwiss software, they get access to live chat and email support. The customer services agents support multiple online casinos and online bookies using a system that lets the customer services agent know which brand the customer is accessing support services from. This gives any operator using the SoftSwiss platform a 24/7 online support solution.
Earlier this year, SoftSwiss was shortlisted for a Global Gaming Award, while more recently we saw the brand up for awards at the recent EGR B2B 2021 awards where the brand found itself on the shortlist for ‘Affiliate software supplier’ and ‘Best customer service’ but was pipped at the post by winners Income Access and Sportradar respectively.
