A global leader in player retention and reactivation for the iGaming industry, Enteractive has announced via its official press release that it has secured a G4 accreditation which resulted in receiving a certificate for responsible gambling practices. This accreditation and certificate is the third consecutive one for the company since it received the first one in 2017. The company has also received a healthy report from the G4 (global player safety group).
For Enteractive, getting another certificate from G4 helps it to further cement its place as the global leader in acquisition and retention. Enteractive prioritizes responsible gaming and puts it at the core of its operations and income generation activities for its partner operators. Responsible gaming has provided another protection for players in the gambling sector especially during the pandemic as Enteractive acted as a first responder in the identification of problem gambling issues through direct interaction with the players.
Comments from G4 Auditor
An audit was carried out before the certification was issued to Enteractive and the G4 auditor noted that the evidence provided throughout the audit was impressive and the enthusiasm and knowledge which Enteractive demonstrated was also remarkable. G4 also commented on the assessment when they noted that the huge investment which Enteractive placed on drawing human capital obviously paid off in the solid work the company has done.
In its final comments, the G4 stated that;

G4 carried out the audit of March 25 2021 and renewed Enteractive’s accreditation immediately to make it the third in a row for the company which has been a recipient of the certification since 2017.

While speaking on the certification, Enteractive COO, Pedram Padidar stated that the company is proud to have scored highly with the G4 auditors.
He further explained that the accreditation which is the third in three years is proof of the priority and commitment which Enteractive dedicates to responsible gambling practices daily in the course of its partner’s engagement projects.
